Messages

When you send an inquiry, I use your name, email, topic, and message to respond. Formspree processes form submissions; my email provider handles correspondence. Do not include sensitive records.

Website visits

ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI) processes IP addresses, browser details, page requests, and traffic/security data. Search terms appear in page addresses. Providers may use cookies and combine activity across visits and websites under their policies.

Your browser

Reading, language, and voice choices stay in browser storage; review marks are optional. Drafts and worksheets are not automatically sent or saved by this site. Your browser may retain form history; downloads stay on your device. Online voices may process public page text after permission.

Tracking

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure broad page categories and actions to improve this site. Google receives cookie identifiers, browser and device details, and your IP address. This site’s analytics excludes search terms, individual guide addresses, query strings, referrers, private documents, and inquiry, form, and worksheet contents. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled for this site.

Basic analytics starts automatically unless you have turned it off or your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can turn it off here at any time. Starting automatically does not mean that you have given consent.

You can turn analytics off here at any time. Saved opt-outs, Global Privacy Control, and Do Not Track are honored. Your choice lasts up to 180 days; Analytics cookies last up to seven days without renewal on visits. That cookie period does not determine how long Google keeps information already received.

Checking analytics preferences.

Turning analytics off stops future measurement and asks your browser to clear known Analytics cookies. Reload when convenient to remove already loaded Google code; save unfinished work first. This does not erase information already received by Google. Access to the site and its resources is unchanged.

I do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising or profiling for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. I have not done so in the past 12 months.

Google Analytics is set to 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data and key events. New activity restarts the user-data period. Expired data is deleted in monthly processing; aggregated reports may remain longer. These periods are separate from the seven-day Analytics cookies.

I keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond, provide requested services, or meet legal obligations. The hosting provider’s linked privacy policy describes its retention practices.

For privacy requests, email consumer.advocate108@gmail.com to learn whether I process your personal information, request access or a portable copy, correct or delete it, or exercise applicable privacy choices. Include enough information to locate the interaction; do not send sensitive records. I may verify your request using information already held. An authorized agent may contact me with proof of permission. I will explain any legal limits. I do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

If I deny a request, reply to the same email address with “Privacy appeal.” I will explain the outcome within 45 days or notify you of an extension permitted by law. Colorado residents can contact the Attorney General if concerns remain.

Material changes are posted here with a new effective date.
